Explore the area by horse and carriage and visit the Pokolbin Estate Vineyard for structured wine and cheese tasting. Head out by horse-drawn carriage on backroads and through vineyards. Take your seat comfortably in the carriage and look out at the stunning landscape of Hunter Valley. Your carriage groom will take the reigns and lead you with the horses around the area. On visiting the Pokolbin Estate Vineyard not only will you have the opportunity to sample some incredible wine and cheese, young members of your group can have their own tasting experience of juices and lollies. You'll also have the chance to enjoy olives, relishes and more from the Hunter Valley Olive Centre. In just an hour and a half, your group can experience so much.
This horse-drawn carriage tour with tastings is a fun activity for all ages and offers a chance to get up close with some beautiful horses and see more of the vineyards and bushland than you would on foot.

This group tour will give you a taste of Pokolbin via horse and carriage.
Breathe in the fresh air as you take in the sights aboard one of our comfortable carriages, as we cruise through vineyards and farmland on our dedicated private track, directly to the front door of the iconic Pokolbin Estate Vineyard, where your tasting will include a selection of their finest wines accompanied by local cheese.
You will then be escorted to the Hunter Valley Olive Centre for a tour and tasting of some of the best olives, relishes and other delectable delights.
The kiddies haven't been forgotten...they will get their own juice and lolly tasting!
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 8 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
