You will enjoy up to four venues for a unique tasting experience of wine, cheese, olives and possibly more. See incredible views from the carriage as you journey between each venue and enjoy getting up close with the beautiful horses that lead you around the area. Most of our venues provide our groups with private sit-down tastings where you will learn about the processes involved in making these beautiful wines.
Our carriages are completely covered and have padded seats, ensuring you stay comfortable during your tour. In the event of wet weather we even have drop down see-through curtains on all of our carriages meaning no last minute cancellations. This tour allows you to completely immerse yourself in the experience of tasting some of our amazing Hunter Valley wines without the pressure and worry of who to allocate as designated driver.
Enjoy the clean country air as you are taken through local backroads and vineyards from one tasting experience to another by team of our beautiful heavy horses and some of the best tour guides in the valley.
This tour runs from 10:30 am, finishes at 4:30 pm and includes tastings at 3-4 cellar doors, lunch at Blaxland Inn or Taste of The Country Restaurant (dependant on availability) as well as olive, olive product, cheese and chocolate tastings.
Includes return transfer from Pokolbin accommodation and lunch.
Please note:
- Mondays and Tuesdays Blaxland Inn is closed and as such lunch will be at a different venue.
- Infants must sit on an adult's lap.
All ticket sales are final and not refundable. Reservations cannot be changed, rescheduled or refunded once confirmed. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
