Prams & Walkers
There is ample room for prams and walkers onboard and our boarding ramp allows standard sizing though some areas of our vessels are only accessible via stairs. Please note that there is up to 15 steps on the jetty before access to the boat.
Wheelchairs
Currently not all our vessels are equipped with wheelchair accessibility and our boarding locations at jetties do require navigating up to 15 steps.
WHAT TO BRING
We recommend you bring on the day:
-Comfortable clothing & shoes, sun hat & sun glasses
-Sunscreen
-Wind/rain-proof jacket
-All personal medication required, including motion sickness pills if prone to motion sickness
MEALS & DRINKS
Morning tea and lunch will be included on the day, liquor and soft drinks are available at bar prices.
CRUISE CONDITIONS
The cruise operates in open Bass Strait waters, where rough conditions can sometimes be encountered. Although our vessel is designed for maximum comfort, some conditions may distress those who are prone to motion sickness, high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy or any other conditions that motion may affect. Passengers who are on current medications or suffer prior illnesses are required to inform crew staff. Ocean conditions may also alter cruise route. Bus pick up incurs an extra fee paid at the time of booking and is limited to availability and minimum numbers.
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 8 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
