Your expert guide will take you from Airlie Beach along the Whitsunday Bicentennial Boardwalk, sharing fun and informative commentary throughout. On your return to Airlie Beach, you will stop for dinner at picturesque Sorrento Restaurant. As you dine with friends, you can relax and admire breath-taking views of the Whitsunday Islands and Coral Sea Marina as the sun sets.

Ride your own Segway along the Whitsunday Bicentennial Boardwalk, overlooking the azure waters of Pioneer Bay. Your experienced guide will provide informative commentary and highlight local points of interest along this 8km round Segway tour.
Follow the water’s edge along the boardwalk from Airlie Beach, passing Coral Sea Marina and Shingley Beach, before feeling the ocean breeze on arrival at Cannonvale Beach.
Enjoy the ocean views from the boardwalk on the return journey, before relaxing with a delicious meal while soaking up the sunset views at one of Airlie Beach’s most popular waterfront dining locations, Sorrento Restaurant & Bar. The choice is then yours to stay longer for dinner or continue your return Segway ride back to Airlie Beach.
For children between 7-11 years old, electric scooters are also available on our Segway Sunset and Boardwalk tour, offering a memorable Whitsunday mainland adventure for the whole family.
Important: A signed release will be required from all participants before riding the Segways. It is recommended you take out travel insurance prior to commencement of the tour.

Rider weight restrictions of between 45 and 117kg and age restrictions of 12 years old and above apply. Riders between 12 and 18 years old are required to have parental/adult permission and supervision while riding Segways.
There is no maximum age limit, but fitness and health should be taken into account for seniors considering the tour. Segway riders must be free of alcohol and other substances which may impair judgement. Owing to the nature of this experience, it is unfortunately not suitable for participants who are unable to stand un aided for an extended period of time, are pregnant or for guests who are visually impaired or hard of hearing.
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 2 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
