Welcome to "Fluid Bears," an immersive art experience where you can create a unique and personalized bear in chicago
Our expert art instructors will guide you through the process of choosing three to five colors and mixing them to make your own color palette. Use this palette to pour the colors over a bear and create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. No prior art experience is required. Whether you're with friends, on a date, or just want to try something new, Fluid Bears is for you. Come join us and create your own personal stylish and trendy art piece.

What's included
- One 20 inch Bear per person (you can choose another bear size for extra charge)
- Paint
- Clothes Protection - Apron and Shoe covers( you can choose Premium Protection for extra charge)
- Props for applying paint on the bear (brushes, jars, etc.)
How it is going on
- Select your technique, preferred time slot, and book it on our website. The soonest time slot can be booked 1 hour prior to your art experience.
- Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled art experience to receive protective clothing accessories. Paint is not washable from fabrics.
- Choose your canvas size and paint colors to begin your artistic journey.
- Embark on a personalized art experience guided by our art instructors - immerse yourself in the creative process and express your emotions on the canvas.
- Your artwork needs up to five days to dry.
- Once your artwork is dry, you can pick it up or it can be shipped for additional charges. Should you want your artwork to be shipped, please inform the administrator before your art experience.
- Please note that varnish is not included in the standard price and is an optional add-on.
- It’s important to retrieve your artwork within 14 days as we have limited storage space.

Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled visit. Be aware that late arrival may result in cancellation, as each art experience is individual and must be held strictly within the booked timeframe to accommodate other scheduled sessions.
Duration: Art sessions typically last 45 minutes, allowing for plenty of creative exploration.
Dress code: Wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on.
Art Piece Pickup: Your artwork will need about 5 days to dry before pickup.
Waiver Sign-In: Save time during check-in by signing your waiver beforehand. Please, also share it with your friends joining you.
Positive Energy: Bring enthusiasm and let your creativity flow!
ART EXPERIENCE CANCELLATION
In case of any art experience cancellation from our side, we will issue a full refund or reschedule your art experience at a different time and date convenient for you.
In case of a customer-initiated cancellation, we are ready to reschedule your art experience to any available and convenient date and time for you or provide a full refund if the cancellation occurs no less than 24 hours before the start. In case of a last-minute cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of your scheduled art experience, no refund or rescheduling of your art experience is provided, even in case of a no-show or sickness.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled art experience, Shot of Art reserves the right to cancel your Art Experience and retain 100% of the payment made by you. Each art experience is individual and can be held only within the booked time frame to keep the order of other scheduled art experiences.
REFUNDS
Refund processing takes 2-3 weeks.
Shooting+spinning is allowed from 18 years of age. In case it is a group, everyone must be 18+. Anyone under 18 years of age will not be admitted to the art experience.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
