Grab your own tube to jump right in. Mingle with your group and others also floating down the river with the group and enjoy a laid-back afternoon in the sunshine, floating down the river with ease. Take in the serene beauty of the riverside as you leave all your worries behind you and float down the lazy river. It's all smooth sailing from here!

Our trips include everything you need for the perfect day of tubing: river hosts, tube rental, coolers, ice, and transportation.
We pick up at 621 Gunter St, and we tube on rivers about 45 minutes south of Austin. You'll float for around 3 hours on a beautiful natural river. You bring your favorite drinks, snacks, swimwear, and sun protection; we provide all the essentials for your awesome tubing adventure!
Important Information
- Trips include: ATXcursions hosts, transportation, tube rental, coolers, ice, a lockbox for storing valuables, and life vest upon request. We usually tube on the San Marcos River in San Marcos, TX.
- You need to bring: swimwear, sun protection, towel, water, snacks, appropriate footwear (sandals, watershoes, or any shoes you don't mind getting wet and dirty in a river).
- ATXcursions trips are BYOB. Please only bring cans or plastic containers. We do not allow glass or styrofoam on our buses or on the river. Please do not bring your own coolers or tubes.
- All trips meet at 621 Gunter St., Austin, TX 78702. Most trips last approximately 6 hours from pick up to drop off. The time on your booking is the scheduled departure time, please arrive 15-20 minutes early to check in and grab your seats on the bus.
- Our trips are limited to adults 18 and over. No booking is complete until all participants have completed all onboarding activities, including signing our waiver of liability and listening to a brief safety presentation. (Everyone signs our waivers when checking in with our tubing trip hosts)
- We strongly recommend that you do not make plans immediately following the trip. Our drop off time is approximate.

Valuables
The bus has free locked storage where you can store your phones, wallets, and other small valuables while floating down the river.
What to bring
Sunscreen, water shoes, sunglasses, drinks/snacks. Glass and Styrofoam are prohibited. We do not stop on the way to or from the river, so please arrive with ample snacks and drinks for the entire trip.
What we provide
We provide coolers, ice, tubes, tubes for coolers, life vests upon request, and round trip transportation. There will be plenty of coolers for each group.
Sunday Tubers
If you are floating on a Sunday please be aware that due to Texas state law you are unable to purchase alcoholic beverages before 12 PM. Please purchase all of your alcoholic beverages the day before.
All ticket sales are final and not refundable. Reservations cannot be changed, rescheduled or refunded once confirmed. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
