All parking at Lake Union Piers (formerly Chandler's Cove) is paid parking. Waterways Cruises and Events is not responsible for any parking fees due or citations received before, during or after your charter.
There are no public restrooms available at Lake Union Piers (formerly Chandler's Cove). Restrooms will be available on board the vessel after boarding begins.
What to Wear & Bring
• Photo ID will be required for 21+
• Confirmation email either printed or on your phone
• Attire flexible – dress for your comfort.
• We recommend bringing a jacket

Cruise Route:
Cruise routes vary depending on weather and on use of waterways by other boats and objects. Captains may not always be able to cruise both Lake Union and Lake Washington.
Waterways Cruises operates rain or shine. However, because of the possibility of inclement weather, a change in cruise route may apply at your Captain’s discretion. In the event that severe weather conditions are encountered, for the safety and comfort of our guests, the Captain may choose to alter the cruise route, return to port during a cruise, or remain dockside for the length of the event.
All ticket sales are final and not refundable. Reservations cannot be changed, rescheduled or refunded once confirmed. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
