Winter Cruise Route:
Waterways Cruises operates rain or shine. However, because of the possibility of inclement weather, a winter cruise route may apply at your Captain’s discretion. In the event severe weather conditions are encountered and for the safety and comfort of our guests, the Captain may choose to alter the cruise route, return to port during a cruise, or remain dockside for the length of the event.
All ticket sales are final and not refundable. Reservations cannot be changed, rescheduled or refunded once confirmed. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
